THE BEANSTALK GROUP PROMOTES TWO EXECUTIVES IN NEW YORK OFFICE

Nicole Desir and Deanna Caceres Cahn Promoted to Vice President, Brand Management

November 9, 2009, New York, NY., — The Beanstalk Group, the world's leading brand licensing agency and consultancy, announced today the promotion of two New York-based executives, Nicole Desir and Deanna Caceres Cahn, to Vice President, Brand Management. In their new roles as Vice President, Desir and Cahn will be responsible for account management, contributing to Brand Management decision making, engaging in business development, and overseeing the successful integration of talent management.

Desir first joined Beanstalk in 2002 as a Manager overseeing the Health & Beauty category for the mary-kateandashley licensing program. During her seven-year tenure at Beanstalk, she became an expert in several other categories including home and sustainability, which provided her the foundation to grow into the role of Account Leader and Associate Vice President overseeing multiple businesses and diverse clients. Additionally, Desir has demonstrated a high level of thought leadership on behalf of the agency by leading and executing several important corporate initiatives in areas such as talent development, business development and best practices. Desir holds a B.A. and an M.A. in English from The State University of New York at Albany.

Cahn joined Beanstalk in 2005 as a Director in the Brand Management Department working on brand strategy and client service for Beanstalk clients Harley-Davidson, the Andy Warhol Foundation and The Stanley Works. Cahn brings to Beanstalk broad knowledge in the home category, after spending two years managing Martha Stewart's specialty line of home furnishings. Cahn also led several consulting initiatives leveraging her skills and experience in strategy development. More recently, she oversaw the development of the Purina and Paris Hilton licensing programs and, currently is leading the strategy development for new client, Airheads. Over the years, Cahn has gained extensive experience within the agency developing new licensing programs across a diverse breadth of clients. Additionally, she has also played an instrumental role in a wide range of department and corporate initiatives including talent management and numerous client services best practices. She holds a B.A. in English and art history from The University of California, Davis, and an M.B.A. in marketing and management from Columbia Business School.
